Dr. Bao Khanh Nguyen DDS, MSD grew up in San Jose, CA. She received her Bachelor degree in Biochemistry at San Jose State University. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2004 and Master of Science in Orthodontics in 2006 from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni, School of Dentistry.

In dental school, she tutored Dental anatomy carvings and Fixed Prosthodontics. During her post-graduate training, she did research in Cleft Lip and Palate causal relationships and malformations. She had the pleasure of participating with the esteemed Rotaplast International Group on medical missions, traveling to various under-served countries and performing free medical and dental care.

She’s a current member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists (PCSO), American Dental Association (ADA), and California Dental association (CDA). She’s honored to be an active Board member on the Board of Directors with the Santa Clara County Dental Society (SCCDS) and the Northern California Association of Vietnamese-American Dentists (NCAVAD). She’s humbled to have served as President of NCAVAD and SCCDS.
